100 year old houses - 1894 House

I put this site together to help document the work we've done, and to share our affection for these wonderful treasures that are dissapearing everyday in our country.

We lived in and worked on the mining house for six and a half years, and sold it in 2005. As for our current project, we're in it for the long haul. We plan on spending at least the next 20 years restoring and enjoying this beauty.
